Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. the newly renovated rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We were blown away by the spectacular views from our room, it was truly breathtaking. Another great aspect was the location, easily accessible with plenty of transportation options nearby.
The toilet water pressure was extremely slow making it impossible to wash our hair. This was a minor inconvenience though.

Staying at this resort has been a delightful experience, especially for families with small children. the location is perfect, with stunning views from almost every room. the room and bathroom are clean and cozy, with modern fixtures that make it comfortable to stay in. the staff is absolutely incredible, always helpful and eager to make your stay enjoyable. You'll find plenty of facilities to keep everyone entertained, including a relaxing pool and a kids' playground. the breakfast is always delicious and varied, with something for every taste.
Paying for the room can be a bit of a hassle as the hotel does not accept credit card payments.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and it had a great view with amazing scenery. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the location was convenient.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! I loved the helpful and friendly staff, who were always available to assist and make us feel welcome. The location was also perfect, with stunning views and a comfortable, clean room. the new facilities provided us with everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The water pressure in the toilet was quite slow, making it difficult to wash our hair.
